CAPACITY BUILDING IN WATER MANAGEMENT

Our capacity building program lead the transformation of PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang into one of the most profitable water utilities in Indonesia. Within five years, network coverage was increased from 43% to 83% and water losses (NRW) reduced from 68.2% to 38.5%. This achievement allowed 300.000 additional citizens to enjoy clean piped water.
